Greg Stewart's automotive career began over 43 years ago when he opened Courtesy Traveland, a recreational vehicle and motorcycle dealership in Lawrence, Kansas.
Then, in 1980, he became involved in the manufacturing and marketing of motorhomes and small transit buses as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ElDorado Motor Corporation (EMC). EMC was, at the time, the seventh largest manufacturer in the US and the undisputed leader in the small bus business.
He purchased the local GM dealership, Town & Country Automotive Group, representing Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Buick and Pontiac. He also purchased the local Ford dealership, Courtesy Ford.
During his tenure as a General Motors dealer, he had the good fortune to be elected to serve on the Chevrolet National Dealer Council representing his fellow Chevrolet dealers from Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and the western half of Missouri.
He sold the GM dealership in 2002 and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where he spent the next 10 years working in both large franchise and small independent automotive F&I departments as a Finance Producer and Finance Director.
For the past seven years, he's taken his background and experience and put it to work providing F&I products to dealerships all across the United States through Auto Dealer One.
Greg is married to his childhood sweetheart, Lu Ann, for 45 years. (They've known one another since they were 4 years old.) They have five very successful children, eight wonderful grandchildren, two very unsociable cats and an Irish Wolfhound named Charlie.
